Kulsum Begum Prathamic Bidyapith, Nazirpur, Bangladesh (1st to 5th Grade)

 Kulsum Begum Prathamic Bidyapith is located in the city of Jahanjhania, Bangladesh. It is the only elementary school in the City of Jahanjhania and facilitates over 345 students. Huq Foundation USA has given need-based as well as merit-based scholarships called “Dr. Imdadul Huq Memorial Scholarship '' of 2,000 takas ($25 USD) to 5 students per grade level, totaling 35 students at an annual cost of  70,000 Taka ($875) annually. The scholarship program was started in 2012 and we have been able to continue the program to this day.
